Water fitness can have amazing effects on your health!
Targeted exercise classes in Adelaide for people of all fitness levels. While each class offer something a little different, what they have in common is they are all enjoyable and fun! After all, if you don't enjoy what you are doing, you probably won't stick with it, and we know that consistency is key to improving your health and fitness goals, whatever they may be.
All classes are 45 minutes.

AQUA FLEX
This class offers more challenging strength, range of movement and core workouts in a structured circuit. Circuit training is a fun way to incorporate exercises that target major muscle groups, socialisation and individual needs.
Suitable for anyone looking for a fun social way to workout while focusing on strength, core, tone and range of movement exercises.
AQUA FIT
Fast-paced resistance training, repetitive movements that tone and train the muscles. This cardio class incorporates HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with great music to move to.
Suitable for most ages and fitness levels as low, medium and high impact options are offered.
AQUA STS
AquaFlex STS is a Strength, Tone and Stretch class formatted in a self-paced circuit.
It is designed improve strength, muscle tone, flexibility and mobility, to allow individuals to achieve their fitness goals at their own level.
AQUA MASH
AquaMash is a mixed genre dance/movement class created for individuals to move in a way that feels good for them.
A feel-good, mind and body class as much for mental health as physical.
