  • Communicating with other Allied Health Practitioners and Specialists to report on your progress

We also work with Return to Work SA, Private Health Funds, GP Care Plans & the Department of Veterans Affairs. Our centre is accessibility-friendly with accessible parking and changing/showering facilities. A mobility lifter is also available.

Meet Our Physiotherapist: Phillip Saridakis

Phillip is a registered Physiotherapist with 22 years experience as a strength conditioning trainer, and hydrotherapy specialist.


He has worked extensively in the aged care and disability sectors both with Helping Hand and various councils and NOVITA, has planned and coordinated major events for health promotion.

Phillip is a national and international fitness presenter having delivered workshops and seminars at FILEX in Sydney and the IAFC in Florida, USA. He has worked with Olympic swimmers during the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney and has worked with Austrian Olympic swim team coach Rick Payne.

He has been nominated South Australian Fitness professional of the year three times in 2000, 2002 and 2006, and is the founder of the Aquanautics training program for which he was invited to present at NASA.
